Job Title – Telecaller

This is a full-time on-site role for a tele caller at Koravi Developers located in Hubballi. The tele caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, answering incoming calls, and handling customer complaints or inquiries over the phone. The tele caller will also maintain customer database, follow-up with potential customers, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good telephone etiquette and the ability to handle difficult and demanding customers
Fluency in English and Kannada Ability to listen and solve problems
Interacting via various channels, such as live chat, emails, calls and social media Put forward suggestions in accordance with the requirements of the consumer
Ensure a smooth procedure for the consumer by transferring windows of opportunity to the appropriate department for further action

Desired Requirements:

Any Graduation 0-3 year of experience in telemarketing or customer service
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and as part of a team Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to learn quickly and should think out of the box in order to achieve set goals Eager to learn, adaptable and flexible
